The returns and refund policy on any of the orders placed on fonocase.com is very simple. Primarily, the products should not be damaged in any way before you can claim a refund or replacement. If you wish to file for a return/replacement you should contact us through our Facebook page. You may be asked to provide pictures with your request, so that our staff may verify your claim and your reason for refund/replacement. You may only request for a refund/replacement if you have not damaged the product, worn it out in any way, and have all the accompanying documentation/product id batches which were sent with the product. You can only request for a refund/replacement within the first 7 days from the day you have received your order.

Return/Refund process :
The refund, once the return is accepted and checked for damage, would be processed towards the same account through which the payment was made while purchasing the said product. If you want to get a replacement for your product and not a refund then you can choose that option while contacting our customer support team.

Once you have lodged a request, our team will contact you with further instructions within a reasonable amount of time. They may ask for a picture or a video of the product which you have received to better understand your complaint and to provide a suitable solution.
